“So far, very interesting reads.  I've studied comparative religions in college and find this on queue with the events in my life.   Most of my tragedies, set backs were accepted and forgiven over the years.  I've incorporated them in as I traversed the rough and rugged road of trials and tribulations.  Hence, my mindset has been very blessed for family and friends.  I've never faced a battle I couldn't overcome with God's grace. “Dear Daniel and Susan,

     My name is Lynda. I met you in 2004 when I started counselling at Crossway. My name was Lynda East but I am now known as Lynda Chambers.  I have been wanting to re-connect for years, however when I contacted Crossway counselling a few years ago they advised you no longer worked there. 

     Today I looked you up on google and found your page. I figured you may not still be running this ministry, but I will give it a try. 

     I wanted to let you know that I finally reported the abuse I suffered by my parents and ex-husband to police. In 2015 I reported my parents and 2019 I reported Jason. The abuse that I experienced was so horrific I was unable to even share it all with you. With the little I did share, you stepped in. You stepped in and told my ex-husband to get out of my home. You took me to the foodbank and gave me food for my children and I. 

     You both gave me courage because you believed me, you supported me and you helped me learn boundaries. The police are now investigating Jason and the abuse. I am realistic to know it's historical and nothing may come of it, but I am proud of myself for having the courage to report it. 

    Thank you both. You may not even remember anything about me, but I remember you both, I remember all you taught me. I am so grateful.
